Since very few readers noticed my subtle inclusion of a foreigner, I’ll give a clue. He’s situated towards the upper left and I’m sure you’ll agree that he deserves to be there because, well, he is omnipresent.

The assumption is that the reader knows the idiom “on the horns of a dilemma”, which is the inability to decide what to do because either of the two options could have bad results.
